1. Transit Cards & Passes: I heard about the Climate Card (기후동행카드) and the traditional T-Money card. For someone staying about two weeks and planning to use both subways and buses frequently, which transit option is the most convenient and cost-effective for foreign visitors?

2. Navigation Apps: Since Google Maps doesn’t always give accurate walking or transit routes in Korea, should I rely on Naver Map or KakaoMap? Which one is easier to use in English?

Since this will be my first time renting in Korea, I’d love some advice on the best ways to search for a clean, reliable place (studio/officetel or 1-bedroom apartment).

A few specific things I’m wondering about:

• Apps & Platforms: Are Korean real estate apps like Zigbang (직방), Dabang (다방), or Peterpan (피터팬의 좋은방 구하기) beginner-friendly for foreign tenants, or should I stick to working directly with a local realtor (부동산)?

• English-Friendly Real Estate Agencies: If anyone knows reputable realtors around Seongdong-gu (Seongsu, Ttukseom, Wangsimni, Jayang-dong) who have experience helping expats, recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
