Hey everyone, I'm looking for a studio (officetel/one-room) starting next month.
I see huge differences between Wolse (monthly rent with deposit) and Jeonse (key money). As a foreigner, is it generally safer and simpler to stick with a standard Wolse contract? Also, any key things I should double-check at the real estate agency (Budongsan) before signing?
